Search Engine Secrets
When people think of search engine marketing, they think of Google. While their is no doubt Google is the top search engine many people are cashing in on the overlooked MSN search engine. It is true that Google gets about 70% of all search engine traffic, but with that traffic comes stiff competition. It is hard for the average person to dominate Google because corporations with insane advertising budgets tend to get those top spots.
However, many people are turning to MSN search to take home some handsome profits. Some people who never saw any traffic from Google are now seeing hundreds if not thousands of visitors each day using some techniques that you can implement as well.
Just like Google, MSN loves article directories such as EzineArticles or Goarticles. These two directories rank very well in MSN search, and you should be submitting content to them on a weekly basis.
Classified ads also work very well with MSN. If you have an ad listed on Craigslist or eBay for a long tailed keyword, chances are that classified ad will show up on the first page of MSN search.
In addition to these two methods there are also countless other methods that you can use to advertise on MSN. People tend to overlook MSN because it is always in the shadow of Google or Yahoo. The thing is that most marketers seem to not understand that having a number 1 rankings in MSN search will give you much more traffic than a 10 or 20 ranking on Google!
So go ahead and try MSN search to get the results you desire from your search engine marketing.
